Have You Been Contacted

Openness & Transparency

How we contact you

As a member of Autism Dad United Global, or when you have ordered products or informational material, we may get in touch with you. To ensure that you feel safe and know that it is truly us contacting you, we have outlined this information.

Our ways of contacting you

Email and digital messages
All digital communication from us will always come from an address ending with @autismdadunited.se. If you receive an email claiming to be from us but with a different sender address, please contact us for verification.

Postal mail
When we send physical mail, we always use envelopes or letters with our official logo. This makes it easy for you to identify that the mail comes from Autism Dad United.

Telephone contact
During phone calls, we always clearly introduce ourselves as representatives of Autism Dad United and can, upon request, confirm your membership details.

Do you have questions?

If you are unsure whether a contact truly comes from us, or if you have other questions about your membership, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@autismdadunited.com

Your safety and privacy are important to us.

Membership is only $5 a month. This minimal fee helps us cover our operating costs. You can help us by recommending us to your friends – the more members we have, the lower we can keep the price for everyone.

We also warmly welcome stepparents, bonus dads, and grandparents

The fathers of children and youth with Autism, ADHD, or related ASD diagnoses are at the heart of our mission.
