The Service offers support and guidance at a community level. In case of acute needs or crisis situations, you should immediately contact emergency psychiatric care, social services, or call 112 (Europe), 911 (USA), or 911 (Philippines).

2. USE OF THE SERVICE To use the Service and create a user account, you must be at least 18 years old and be a father, stepfather, or male relative of a child with an ASD diagnosis or suspected autism.

The User is responsible for:

• Providing correct and updated contact information.
• Protecting your account from unauthorized access.
• Ensuring that the Service is not used in violation of the terms or applicable law.
• Content shared via the Service does not infringe on anyone else’s rights or violate legislation.
• Respecting other users’ privacy and experiences.

The Service is not intended for persons in acute crisis. Autism Dad United may refer to appropriate professional help when needed.

3. PROHIBITED USE OF THE SERVICE It is not permitted to:

• Copy, sell, or modify the Service.
• Film or record meetings or calls.
• Distribute material from meetings without permission.
• Publish offensive or illegal material.
• Share personal information about other members’ children without their consent.

In case of misuse, Autism Dad United may restrict your access to the service and if necessary, demand compensation for damages.

4. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS Autism Dad United does not guarantee continuous access to the service but strives to minimize operational disruptions. Limitations may occur due to technical or maintenance reasons.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Documentation and data management occur according to applicable legislation. More information is available in our privacy policy.

6. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE Autism Dad United continuously develops the Service and may implement changes without notice. Major changes are announced via the website.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All material belonging to Autism Dad United is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS Autism Dad United is not responsible for third-party applications that may be required to use the Service.

9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES Autism Dad United is not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Service.

10. LIABILITY Autism Dad United provides support and community services but cannot guarantee that the Service is always error-free or available. The Service does not replace professional medical or psychological care.

11. FORCE MAJEURE Autism Dad United is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as war, pandemic, or technical problems.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS Changes to the terms take effect 14 days after being announced via the website. Continued use is considered acceptance of the changes.

13. Membership in Autism Dad United Autism Dad United offers membership for $5 per month, providing a supportive community for fathers navigating life with autistic children. Through our platform, we spread knowledge, foster connections between fathers, and advocate for a more inclusive society.

14. Duration and termination Membership begins upon registration and applies until further notice. Monthly membership fees are due at the time of registration and each subsequent month. If payment is not received, the account will be terminated. Autism Dad United may terminate membership with 7 days’ notice or immediately in case of breach of terms. Upon termination, your account is deleted according to applicable law.

15. TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT Autism Dad United has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION For members in Europe, Swedish law applies and disputes are resolved in general court in Sweden. For members in the USA, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the state where the member resides. For members in the Philippines, Philippine law applies and disputes are resolved in Philippine courts. All parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
